β β β β β I suspect it may be under staffed. Found my now deceased Nana in a state a few times. I have been told they dope up the oldies to keep them calm but my Nana couldn't even talk. She was left in uncomfortable positions for way too long. A couple of the ladies were lovely though. Pretty sure it's a management issue not a staff one.

β β β β β Very clean, staff were helpful, rooms were relatively bright. Had daily menu posted up on wall, can have a meal with person you are visiting for $5. Need better signage

β β β β β I visit an elderly friend and the team are always friendly and popping into see if residents are ok, cups of tea - coffee offered if they are doing the trolley rounds, I have always had a pleasant experience.
