★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiona Laryn is a magic worker. I never realised how much osteopathy can heal until I started seeing Fiona. I was regularly getting injured from aerial arts training and had been going to physios but kept reinjuring every few months.
I decided to switch from physio Fiona for osteopathy treatments starting a year ago - first seeing her for injuries (pulled leg muscles from flexibility training and injured shoulder/rotator cuff - which she healed after just a few sessions) and am now seeing her once a month for maintenance to prevent injury and I have been injury-free ever since I started seeing Fiona.
What I love about Fiona's approach is that it's holistic and individualised - she fixes the root of ailments rather than just the symptoms. It's amazing what she's able to see as the root problem of my pain just by looking and lightly touching my muscles and joints! She's incredibly patient and nurturing, while also always explaining the reasons for what she's doing as she treats - I always walk away learning so much about how the body works and feeling wow'ed by the interconnectedness of our inner workings. Can't thank Fiona enough for always fixing me and I tell anyone with pain or injury (or just want a tune up) to see her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Fiona for 6 sessions over about 7 weeks while I was working as a hiking guide. I had back and shoulder issues from my work, as well as old injuries and dislocations that were also affecting me physically. From the initial session discussing what we thought was the issue Fiona was able to make great improvements to the pain and also improve my posture. Learning from her about how my body carries injuries and stress has helped incredibly, and over the following weeks pain relating to my old injuries and work became non existent. I cant recommend Fiona enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend Laryn Osteopathy enough. I started seeing Fiona late last year for some aches and pains related to my job, which improved enormously (almost immediately) -especially when I started to follow the exercises she gave me. Fiona is a joy to chat to and she is always happy to explain what she's manipulating in the body and how it works, which helps put patients at ease. I also like that Fiona was very clear about what she could help with and she let me know when she thought I no longer needed treatment (although there was never ever any pressure to return and I didn't have to book another session if I didn't want to). Excellent service.

I get treated by Bianca and she is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She is amazing at what she does and has really changed every day life for me. I participate in a lot of outdoor rec activities and have never felt this good doing them thanks to the team at Laryn Osteopathy. I was suffering with a lower back issue for 2 years and did a lot of physiotherapy sessions over the years and lots of therapy, but never solved my problem. But with Ms Belinda, she found the exact problem within the first session and sorted my back already. After 4 sessions I am fully recovered and so happy to feel normal again.
