After my initial inquiry and email your response was excellent and timely and I appreciated the speedy attendance to the job.
I found the plumber to be an excellent workman. He made a quick assessment, procured the part needed and settled in to do a meticulous job of the replacement installation. My grandfather was a plumber so I am familiar with the old fashioned thorough way of going about the job of making water-tight joints. Your plumber did that and went beyond the immediate joints to make sure all was well for an enduring job. He was personable and relational and this builds trust. My faith in your industry has been restored after hearing horror stories in our neighborhood of experiences with new builds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended to use Laser Plumbing by a friend. It turned out I had quite a serious issue and I am so relieved to have chosen true professionals. Reliable, quick to come and even juggled other jobs so that my issue could be rectified more quickly. Brad, Mark, Harrison kept me informed regularly and I felt confident that they knew exactly what they were doing which they did! Left my property spotless after having to dig a crater in my back garden and even cleaned out my leaf filled gully trap out of the goodness of their hearts on the way out. Huge thanks for dealing with what seemed to me like a nightmare in such a supportive way! I won’t use anyone else for future work. ?

Their services are disgraceful.
We wanted a quote for replacing all the water pipes of the house, a guy name's Brad, asked me a lot of weird questions: how many people are in the family? Have they all been vaccinated? He made an appointment for a quote inspection but changed again and again, but still failed to come. Finally he came to our house without a or phone or message to inspect for a quote, he did not do inspection work but asked me for the piping documents of the house. This is weird and ridiculous too, he could have asked me by a phone call if it's really necessary for a plumber, do not need come to my home to ask me for any document! And also I do not think a professional plumber needs any previous document for re-piping water pipes. This guy is so weird, not professional at all. Never use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Laser Plumbing in the past for normal plumbing issues in normal conditions and have been very happy with their work. But a recent emergency call to them in after hours Level 4 conditions has elevated their status to next level amazing. The politeness, clarity and responsiveness of the person answering my emergency phone call on a Saturday night, after hours and in Level 4 was amazing and reassuring. The work was then completed within a couple of hours of my phone call so we could continue our weekend with water. The person who completed the work was polite, competent and respectful and wore ppe gear - very professional. Laser Plumbing were overall amazing, I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

My plumber (Jonathon) was very friendly, good around my dogs, did the job well and efficiently.
I have used Laser Plumbing East Tamaki for a few years now. They are reputable, friendly and well-trained.
Also - very on time!! :-)
Highly recommend.

As with most renovations dates and times get moved around a lot, Laser Plumbing East Tamaki were so accommodating and I couldn't have asked for better.
