Service man arrived established what was required, left, a day or so later i asked the service man for an update no respons. A week later contacted the office for update no response. The plumber was friendly, clear about explaining different options, worked fast and only replaced parts that were faulty-didn't try to add on any extras! The bill was reasonable too. I have used them several times before and would definitely recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Job was done but preparation and communication could be much better; plumber arrived on first visit without sufficient washers even though office was advised of what job involved. Would also have been nice to know that 1 hour labour would be used for ordering another part, amazing that technology could not be used to make this more efficient and economical for the client. Ie. Photo of part and email to supplier, very simple. Have been a long term laser client so this was disappointing overall.
