★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, but a lot of time wasted, and expensive, just to unblock a drain, which ended up blocking up again.
Guy was on his phone most the time, even on a personal call, he even took off for about 35-45 minutes just to pick something up, I advised them to bring in the first place.
Charge way too much just for him to spend 20 minutes unblocking our drain temporary.
Overall - They need to make a plan and sort their stuff out before attending a job, listen to your customer's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the customer service person on the phone to the honest and reliable serviceman,with a friendly and professional attitude, i was very impressed, the serviceman explained what the problem was that we were having,and clearly explained what was needed to be done to fix it.. in our case a pipe attached to toilet located under the house just needed to be resealed to stop any leaking.He was fast and professional and the price for just this job was reasonable .I will definately use this company again and would definately recommend to others.Another bonus is that when called out to fix your problem it is fixed same day and payment for their service is sent through either email or bill allowing person a few days to pay it off ?so from me and my family thank you

If you're looking for a reliable, professional plumbing team who turn up when they say they will then definitely try them.

Troy who did the work was quick and efficient, loved his job and was obviously honest and knew what he was doing. We felt confident and it was a pleasure to have Troy working in our house.
