★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose Latitude Homes as a family member found the Takanaki plan which has two bedrooms with ensuites which is perfect for our family needs. We also added a fifth bedroom on the end of the garage. Ross and Lee are an awesome couple to deal with and always went the extra mile to make sure that every thing was up to scratch. We would highly recommend Latitude Homes King Country if you are wanting to built your forever home. Fred and Vicky.

We found Lee to be a wealth knowledge on there product, very informative and a pleasure to deal with, so we decided to go ahead and engage there services, we then meet Ross at our section to go over our ideas and thoughts, Ross was accommodating and professional.
Throughout the build we have had communication from Ross and Lee that has been second to none always informing us of weekly progress as we live out of the area.
A great thing was in the climate we are experiencing at the moment with rising building costs Latitude Homes came in under the budget that was set and we absolutely love our holiday home.
We look forward to engaging your services in the near future to construct our garage .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to the King Country/ Waikato South Latitude team, headed by Ross and Lee, who built me my fabulous new house. Built during the 'Covid era' with no big delays or budget blowouts. It was very reassuring to know that with Latitude Homes a fixed price build is just that. I worked with Lee and Ross to choose a house plan and adjust it so that it was right for me, then I got to relax and watch a stress free build. I would definitely use Latitude Homes if I was building again.
