Terrible experience from start to finish! Communication was absolutely atrocious and nobody seemed to ACTUALLY know what was going on. Assured on multiple occasions along the way that our file was 100% prepared and ready for settlement - only to find out it wasn't! Settlement day was highly stressful, having to sign ALL our loan documents only a couple of hours prior to scheduled settlement time.
Steer clear!

Although I am based overseas, she was definitely within my reach of a phone call whenever I needed some advice.
