★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called on Monday and asked for someone to do my lawns on Thursday. It was confirmed someone would arrive at my house 2-2.30pm. No one showed up and when I called to ask what time they were arriving I was told they are in a different area and aren't coming! I took the afternoon off work to be home, no one called to reschedule or let me know. I asked when they could squeeze me in and was told no one would be available until after Christmas. Why wasn't i told that when i first called? Very poor customer service, highly recommend if you're wanting to be mucked around.
