★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. Ordered a chair at 5pm and it was delivered by 9.30am the following morning. Swapped it out the following day for a bigger size - nothing was a problem. Simple pricing, excellent communication and terrific service. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently used your services to repair my husband’s walker. We were visiting Warkworth NZ from Canada and really needed it! Your service was amazing! Neville Mclaughlin did exactly what he said he would and delivered the walker following repair. All at an amazingly reasonable price.

Great pricing, delivered it to the door and were more than helpful. Easy pay options. Would definitely hire from here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my husband recently had bilateral knee replacements done for which we hired a state of the art hospital bed, a walker, a shower stool, an exercycle all from the Silverdale branch of Liberty Healthcare.
The staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly, the equipment was in as new condition, delivered the same day and installed by them too. their prices are affordable and their return dates they are very generous with too. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting to reduce stress levels and have such wonderful support at what can be trying and stressful times. Being local was fantastic too. A great place and service to have in our community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my nana in today after calling as we wanted someone to tell us about the wheel chairs you have when we got there the lady couldn’t answer any questions we had couldn’t tell us how heavy they are if they had a warranty we just got told “I don’t know” constantly. waste our time driving all that way ended up going somewhere else with better service personally think if you want customers you should hire people that don’t have a bad attitude and know about the products you sell

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our GP advised us to phone you for equipment my husband needs. I phoned today ( 31 March ) only to be told - very coldly - " we don't have that in stock " . No offer to source it for us, or suggestion of another possible supplier we could contact.
We have let our GP surgery know of the experience so they can protect future vulnerable patients.
