We booked the deep cleaning for the studio and guys came with mop and few carpet cleaning tools.They even asked us to borrow our vacuum to them instead of using their own vacuum.After the cleaning,carpet is still dirty with some obvious dust on it. The window seemed untouched and dirty.Fridge is dirty and they removed lots of furniture without putting back and left them messy.After cleaning,there are no invoices or notes left at home about which part they have cleaned.Moreover,the bowls and plates in the apartment are gone even some of them are belonged to the landlord.We're applying for the refund right now.
