★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb disappointed. We booked the deep cleaning for the studio and guys came with mop and few carpet cleaning tools. They even asked us to borrow our vacuum to them instead of using their own vacuum. After the cleaning, carpet is still dirty with some obvious dust on it. The window seemed untouched and dirty. Fridge is dirty and they removed lots of furniture without putting back and left them messy. After cleaning, there are no invoices or notes left at home about which part they have cleaned. Moreover, the bowls and plates in the apartment are gone even some of them are belonged to the landlord. We’re applying for the refund right now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just completed the Deluxe top to bottom house clean plus housewash as part of our spring clean. Managed by Melissa, the team is absolutely professional and friendly. The entire process was seamless and they did a wonderful job. So pleased that Life Maid Easy truly lives up to its name. Highly recommended!

Hired two cleaners for an exit clean to receive bond back and as we had no time ourselves, they were there 5 hours and it was disgusting I’m not sure how they filled 5 hours but we had to re-clean the whole house. At least after some communication we stated we will not be paying. And we’re quoted $450 + gst for a 2 bedroom house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a team of four cleaners do our move out clean (before we sold our house) and they did an absolutely amazing job. Couldn't fault them, and we were definitely being fussy as it was a clean pre our open homes so wanted the house present immaculately.
We had the full house done along with walls, ceilings and inside all our cabinets and drawers etc.
Will now be booking Life Maid Easy for our regularly cleaning at our new house!

The entire process was made effortless by Brenda & Melissa, and not to mention the wonderful job the cleaners did on a 1970's apartment! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initial inspection we were happy with the clean - however on closer inspection we started to notice certain things stood out . We were unaware that their was a time limit. We thought we had bought the whole package with add ons like internal windows. Not mentioned on original email however when queried it was conveniently added to original email when sent again. When queried they said in hindsight should have let us know. Clean on top of cabinetry was ticked off although photo shows it clearly wasn’t. Pleasant responses to our emails but the fact remains we now had to clean everything that was missed. Or pay more for life made easy to do it. I apologise that the rental people asked the cleaners to wait outside whilst they showed tenants around. I was unaware this would happen. For a bill of over $800 I was expecting more
