Useless, utterly obnoxious, talk to garbage is better than talking with this bunch of arrogant shafters. their phone people too young and too stupid. Only talk at you. Seems typical of the education in nz today. They only shaft, quit pretending they are doing a job. That seems to be the way of majority of those employed in nz today too.
what a stupid response, you are suggesting that we waste our lives on ewes who do not provide any such support. the world knows you are fakes. spend your life abusing and using people .

They aren't that helpful, they have a time limit and won't go over it no matter what is happening.
They also want to know exactly who you are or give very little advice.
I can't be bothered with rubbish service like this....

β β β β β Called a few times. Every time I was either left on hold for hours or they called me back hours later. When I did get through staff were dismissive and just told me to ring a GP and get more meds over and over until I hung up. God forbid anyone who was in any kind of actual emergency call these useless people.

β β β β β One of your β counsellor β she go by the name Sarah/Sophie sometime other names, she is the worst. She talk to you as if youβre a criminal, demands details of dates, time ,and your personal informations. Excuse me? Iβm here for mental health support , not to get interrogated. She is so rude , condescending, belittling, judgmental, I literally felt drained talking to her after 1 minute. It was so clear she hates her job she just wanted the money. And apart from interrogating all she can say is β ok~ alright ~β if you hate your job just leave donβt waste tax payers money. Youβre disgusting

β β β β β This women who call herself Alex was absolutely absurd. All she does was making very passive aggressively annoying noises when you said something or doesnβt respond at all for prolonged time. 10 minutes into the conversation .she suddenly interrupted me with personal questions that had nothing to do with what I was saying :like whatβs your name . Coz she knew if she asks it upfront I will not give her my personal info for I donβt trust her. When I mentioned I have a house , suddenly she started to scold me like crazy, I said Iβm excited to move back to my own house , then she almost yelled at me ,:β YOU NEED HELP! You need help! You spoke negatively about that house!!! Alex you know what , I think you are just a very twisted human being, youβre cursed with jealousy, you will suffer that for the rest of your life .

β β β β β This review isn't about how bad the service is, it's about how bad the state of mental health support is within New Zealand. I understand Lifeline is all volunteers, and it really does show. I was told that someone would call me back the following day to check I was ok. I told them I didn't believe them, they said "trust me, I definitely will". They didn't, of course. Why do we have so many suicidea in NZ?
