★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I needed a very good quality whiskey. I have got a detailed and "minutiously explained" support in choosing a rare edition.
The person who helped me was the tallest assistant, but all of the assistants are very friendly and helpful.
Because the product that I bought is supposed to be sent by post, this assistant went to the back of the store to wrap the bottle in bubble wrap. Afterwards he placed it in two boxes, together with another air-bags, for stability. He cello-taped the boxes between them with the "fragile" inscription and wrote on the box, using arrows, which the upper side of the box is. To me, this is an absolutely outstanding help and service and all I can do for this fantastic assistant is to leave here my review and to assure this gentleman of my appreciation. And, because there I detected a small tension at a certain point, I just want to say: Thank you very much for your help and, please, keep up your high standard and don.t allow anyone to change who you are. Many thanks.
