★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lisa Thomas’ calm and thoughtful approach helped me to explore some emotional triggers and limiting beliefs that I didn’t realise had been controlling my behaviour for years. In the past, I would react sharply to some situations and not understand that it was due to some unhealed emotions from earlier events in my life.
With Lisa’s vast expertise and kind guidance, I was able to look at the original cause of an issue and release it. Lisa has many skills to draw on and she tailors each session to meet what is needed. At all times, I felt safe and in good hands.
Today, I get to choose how I respond to any given situation rather than reacting to events in a “knee-jerk” fashion. I feel free.

Impatient to sort my issues out swiftly - Lisa was highly recommended. Not knowing what to expect but completely open to anything, Lisa’s gorgeous smile, empathetic & caring demeanour immediately put me at ease. Using a combo of hypnotherapy and NLP therapies I walked away from that one appointment with Lisa a changed woman forever. I have never returned to those negative fearful thoughts or believes. Even more amazing was Lisa’s caring contact and support after the appointment just checking in to see how I was doing etc. I have recommended her to anyone that will listen since! Why accept mediocrity for your life when more is waiting for you on the other side of Lisa’s incredible professional services.

When you do and all the stuff comes out, she expertly sifts and sorts and figures out the way that is best for you and leads you down the path to completeness and then sets you free, but staying “there” when you need her. A true professional, a true human being. And a solid support to people regaining themselves.

Not only was she professional, but she gave me the tools I needed to change not only my eating habits, but the way I thought about eating. This was quite profound for me, as I didn't believe it would work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a past life regression and hypnotherapy with Lisa a short while ago. To be honest I still have no words how to describe my experience and feelings. It was adventure on a different level. Lisa is professional, supportive, caring and I felt safe during all my sessions.
I already noticed some changes in me and situations around me, and still happening on daily basis.
I had few wobbly moments after hypnotherapy, and with Lisa's given tools I got through. I am so glad, that I have met Lisa and had sessions with her.
I am feeling much lighter and got my "go-get" energy back.
