Communication and understanding is very, very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service i ever had. i Was talking in very polite but the lady angry on me and reacting like was my fault. they did job totally wrong i have wasted my $300 of shirts +$80 on embroidery. I do not recommend this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really really disappointed to say the least, its a shame that i have to give 1 star! visited the shop a total of 5 times for 3 Caps to be embroided with my company logo, 2 of the hats had a wonky logo so I took back, only to be told that i should pay for them to be fixed... joking right? Nope dead serious. I'm sorry I wasn't having a bar of that. Then when i go back the 5th and final time to get Caps, the logos look better, Cap color good but style of Cap is totally different, replaced with what I believe to be cheaper caps.. no phone call to say they cant get same Caps, no explanation no nothing. I cant even be bothered contacting the store again as it's a shambles to say the least.. to the business owner I suggest you look into working with your staff to provide better customer service as its unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite other reviews, I found this team to go over and above for our embroidery. With a minimum 2 day turn around, this team worked faster than usual to have our shirts embroidered in less time, and without any loss of quality. Their customer service was excellent and I highly recommend them.
