Despite a falling market, they worked incredibly hard to obtain a very satisfactory price, also securing an unconditional back up offer just in case the first conditional contract fell through. Their secret weapon is the fabulous Rosie, who organised everything from quotes for moving the furniture (and supervising the movers on the day) to arranging for the dishwasher to be fixed - an amazing service which made a huge difference for an out of town vendor! All at no additional cost. The team were incredibly professional, kept me completely up to date and I can't recommend them highly enough.
