★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very irresponsible firm. I have submitted my documents in June and took them more than 3 month to process my tax return file. In July when I contacted them they claimed there are major issue with IRD and there would be delay in processing my file. In late Sep I finally received the file to sign off and send to IRD. In Oct I received a letter from IRD claiming due to late submission I have to pay $250 penalty and this firm does accept any responsibility for their delay. I was working with this company for 5 years. With new management and poor performance I will stop my business with them.
