They really take the time to listen to how the injuries happen, the background layers of earlier injuries or weaknesses and put treatment plans in place. The partnership with TrueFit gym works really well to recover quicker and get strong again after a crash and help prevent another one. Highly recommended professional treatment.

I have been seeing Kate for nearly a year usually for my back which tends to get knocked around mountain-biking or lifting the kiddie up. I am so pleased with the immediate comfort her treatments bring. Usually I need 3-4 visits to right a sore back but with Kate its now down to one treatment. I sleep better and can exercise again straight away. This Osteo really knows what she is doing, she improves my quality of life immeasurably and I can honestly say she has my back!
