★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter who lives in Queensland ordered some flowers for my Birthday. I live in Bell Block New Plymouth. They arrived late afternoon and were not what she ordered. She paid extra to up size the arrangement which did not happen, no roses, (a couple of carnations instead but that is not roses). A white lily (not orange as chosen) which was quite marked by the time it arrived. Why Lovells picked up the order in the first place confuses me given they are an hour away. As previous person suggested a bunch from the supermarket would have been cheaper and better. My daughter had been refunded by the place who ordered them on her behalf and I have just reviewed the most beautiful arrangement of flowers.....thanks Bell Block florist. (5 minutes from my home and who my daughter thought she had ordered from).

Highly recommend and would use again! <3

We had been in earlier in the week to discuss flowers for the service and the person we dealt with was so unhelpful - we decided to go else where and so pleased we did.
