★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for the awesome classes they run and trainers that take the classes. Apart from that the gym is totally run down. Rowers, bikes, air bikes and gym equipment needs a major upgrade. Half the gear doesn’t even work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the community and classes here at Ludus. I had a pretty low level of fitness and the team is so welcoming and accomodating! You can do the work at your own pace and get better at it over time. There’s no fancy methods here or nonsense about training effects etc. - just turn up, do some hard mahi, and feel like you’re part of a family!
