★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the shock of breaking the crown off my front tooth I had inserted 4 years ago. The reception staff at City Dental Quay Park kindly assisted with arranging a spot that day for my dentist (Mark Taylor) to insert a temp crown. Was a hugh relief and was ever so thankful for their professional service. Am happy I have a quality Practice who look after my dental needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark is such a reassuring and patient dentist. He explains everything very clearly and professionally. I don't feel any pain when I visit here because he knows I'm a big chicken and numbs everything thoroughly before he starts. The admin staff are extremely lovely and friendly. I'll never go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a check-up earlier in 2021 and I was amazed by how thorough they were. Scanning, pictures, x-rays, the whole lot! The following appointment was just the best experience I've ever had at the dentist's! Fabricio and Hillary are such a great team. Fabricio is really passionate and loves doing what he does and both of them have done everything to keep me at ease and comfortable during the procedure.
Last but not least, the reception staff is super friendly and work hard to find the best time for our appointment.

I have always felt listened to, safe and comfortable. Andrea’s world class knowledge and skills combined with the most advanced dental technology gives me certainty that I receive the best possible outcome after every single treatment. The consistency over the years has stayed at the highest level. I’m incredibly grateful to have walked into her practice 20 years ago.
Recently, I’ve been fortunate to have my dental hygiene maintenance treatments done by Priya Pragji. She is professional, caring and committed to preserving my optimum oral health. I highly appreciate and value her great work, as it is instrumental in the long run.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want regular checkups the only thing you get offered is "the plan" two cleans and a dentist appointment with x-rays. Staff and dentists are fantastic zero complaints. However what they don't tell you is you must give them your credit card number as the plan auto renews and charges you ever year. How can we trust a dentist company to have security good enough to protect your card information? Much worse is that if you don't use sessions before the new plan starts you lose those appointments, like last year with work and covid I didn't get there so lost entire payment. Also if you come in say 7 months in the dentist will say see you in six months. That's over the one year period so you lose the second cleaning session. Now looking for new dentist after over 20 years with what was proudmouth now lumino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Lumino City for a Hygienist appointment. I hadn't been for a year due to COVID. Excellent experience. Teeth thoroughly checked. Hygienist very knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly gentle with little pain. Used a new fangled water blaster thingy for teeth. Which was much better than the usual scrubbing techniques. Overall great and I will return.
