★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15mins late as I went to the wrong Lumino The Dentist on Remuera Rd, apparently their are 3 within 1km of each other!! Told my service would be compromised so decided to cancel. Seriously you are all the same name can you not have your own unique name. Next time try and fit the customers in as I had to leave work to get the run around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite expensive compared to other dentists, though they also have hygienists on site, and have a various treatment options. For treatments that they unable to do themselves, they'll recommend you to a specialist. The site is very clean and look professional. One of the receptionist is less friendly and only able to handle one client at a time, than the other

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment today with this centre. The dentist did not do any special on my teeth, he just checked and referred me to the specialist but charged me 174$!!!
He just printed out my teeth photo on a paper and when I asked him to send this through the email. He replied back that he never use his email for patient. I never recommend this centre as they did not do anything for me and just charged me for nothing.
Also I was not happy with the dentist. I haven't had such a terrible experiment in new Zealand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021: Terrible customer service. You can tell they purposely don't answer the phone and do not answer to any of the messages. I went to my appointment to find out they had given it to someone else and didn't care to let me know. I've called over 20 times since then and left several voicemails but I never received a message or answer.
Very dissapointed, I will not be back. :(
2019: The receptionists were very helpful and friendly and the dentist informed of every bit of the process and explained what needed to be done. I had a great experience.
