They quickly picked up some inacurracies written in by the Real Estate Agents in our agreement of sale and helped us stand our ground during negotiations. Even though we were not physically in Tauranga, Doug did a great job of assessing the title of our purchase property and advised us that the boundary was partially on Marlborough District Council land which our sellers were not aware of. Our purchase was a private sale and could not have gone smoother thanks to the team at LOA.
