★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is obviously not important for this company. One if their drivers cut me off at Halswell Junction Roundabout. Looked right at me and kept coming at me. Operations Manager didn't even have courtesy to return my call. Maybe he doesn't realise his drivers are driving a large billboard and is waiting for a road death to take action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't normally leave bad reviews, but I must make an exception here. I contacted these guys weeks ago to do a rudimentary job for me requiring a truck and hi-ab. After saying they could do the job, I was put off for a few weeks as they were busy with the Christchurch Show. That was understandable. I finally arranged for the job to be done last night, having co-ordinated things with the people where the items were and those occupying the premises where they were going. With everything in place for the move, the job couldn't proceed last night as the driver had the wrong truck. I was assured it could be done first thing next Tuesday. Again, no major problem. These things happen. Today I got a call saying they were now too busy with other jobs taking precedence and they could no longer do the job for me. In other words, go somewhere else. My sincerest advice to you, do just that. Go somewhere else. Use these guys at your peril. If I could give them no stars, I would!!!
