★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service and it takes ages to get your products sent to you. For me it took 2 or 3 weeks to get my stuff. I totally regret shopping with them. But the madman australia website I had much better experience and definitely will still shop with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my money and then told me the product wasn't in stock when I emailed them to ask why it hadn't been shipped, a month after order. Didn't attempt to contact me and managed to ensure the product wasn't available by the time I contacted them. Useless customer service. Avoid.
