★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner needs to learn customer service basics. After walking around for 10 mins the owner didn't even get out of his seat once. Instead he reluctantly answer's questions he has clearly had to repeat for years and his facial expressions and tone was a clear indication that unless you have a stack of cash, please dont come into his shop and expect him to get off his a** and help find wheels and tyres to fit your budget. There are better options in hamilton regarding selection, price and staff who show a interest in what your trying to achieve...
