★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, complete incompetence. I have taken my Jag to them THREE times to fix the same problem (not my choice as it is under warranty), and the issue still presents itself. If you have a European car, take it somewhere else, as I'm not sure these guys realise that some cars aren't made in Japan.
