★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid if you can, they would not be the company I'd deal with - I had been put to them by Tower to handle my insurance claim. I've had to deal with 3 different people from the company - was given a particular replacement model, then told they needed an electrician to come out to measure - which was done, but apparently no photos or measurements were sent back HQ. So another electrical outfit had to be called out to do the same measure and photos again. Then lock down happened, so nothing for a couple of weeks. Was then told no stock, was given another option which wasn't a preference but was basically forced to take it as they only used one supplier.
However, I could go to any retailer and find stock and at a competitive price. I mean what sort of nationwide operator only uses one supplier - that can only provide two brands.
In summary, poor communications, poor customer service and lack of continuity of personnel to deal with, and did not provide what they said - basically one of the worst service I have received. After 3 service reps, 2 electricians, over 2 months since lodging a claim and still no replacement in sight!
Ended up just getting a cash pay out by Tower!
These guys should be getting 0 stars for a rating, if I could.
