★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Package picked up feb 4 and showed delivered in Chch on the 18th of March almost 6 weeks!. Not out for delivery until the 23rd of March. When I hit them up about why I couldn’t pick up from the delivery depot I was told it was due to Red light settings and if I wasn’t happy with that they could return it to the sender and I could organise another delivery. The transport manager at the Christchurch branch was rude and unaccommodating.
