★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst, most disorganised company I have ever dealt with in my life. Each department blamed the other for their disorganised and misinformed lack of progress. Many months after accepting the quote they turned up and did a good job, 4 stars for that, but it was their third attempt with 2 previous attempts cancelled due to their mismanagement. Barry made things worse by no follow up at promised times, poor communication generally. GM Theo was disinterested and not proactive and ultimately responsible for this shambles. I used the Auckland service but it was coordinated through a very disorganised CHCH office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are impressed and very satisfied with the Chch Mainmark team and the higher engineering staff involving lifting our house. The site foreman Ronnie and his crew were informative and customer conscious and constant monitoring any progress. Our 260m2 concrete slab with existing serious cracks and different levels responded well to the lifting and Mainmark managed to level our house. Compared to other methods Mainmark is the best in our view, considering the shorter time frame, overall lower cost and less damage control. Highly recommend Mainmark.
