Horrible work , she didn’t have experience.
Don’t book the silver girl.
Don’t waste your money !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my lashes done here by a GOLD lash tech for hybrids. As soon as I left after getting them done I had lashes falling out onto my cheek, By the next morning I had massive gaps I emailed them to notify them and I just got a unprofessional unapologetic response. I wasn't able to get back in until Wednesday As they were closed Sunday, Monday an I worked Tuesdays. I was told I had to come in Wednesday or they could no longer fix them. I felt like I was an inconvenience and that this was my fault and I had to work around them not my own work schedule. I was able to go in on the Wednesday and have them redone. I had no response from anyone as to why, how, or we are sorry this happened. I walked out and 2 volume fans had fallen out again so went back and told them. I left and on my drive Home I had lost 8 volume fan lashes. I msged them to let them know of the problem again as this much fallout shouldn't be happening like this. Instead of helping me they blamed me for the problem saying it was because I brushed them. Im so disappointed from a place with good reviews that this was my experience twice. I will not be returning or recommending this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the staff very unfriendly and Not very knowledgeable. When I arrived neither of the girls were very friendly, I was not greeted with a smile, just a “Oh hi just fill this out”. I booked a gold stylist and while speaking to my stylist upon arrival I asked her questions about what would look good with a hooded eye etc and she could not answer the questions I had. I asked for a natural set. The lashes were sparse and a lot are falling out after 2 days of wear even after following instructions to not use my oil based night serum, and staying away from the gym overnight. I realise 1-3 lashes are supposed to fall out per day but I may as well not have got this done. It wasn’t until after I was done that I found out my stylist was a silver stylist and not gold. My stylist did not speak to me at all during my treatment. When I asked a question I’d just get a one word answer. Both girls who were there just seemed like they didn’t want to be there. I will not go back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely calm atmosphere, my lash stylist is so kind and gentle - takes her time. Very professional and clean environment. But the only downfall is that the lashes just do not last! As soon as I leave the salon they are already falling out. I have never had this problem elsewhere, I’m always very careful with them and follow all the steps to maintain them, it’s not even worth getting a 7 day refill because they are all gone by then, I have to get a full new set in a week. I definitely recommend this place just be wary, I don’t think the glue is strong enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Done Mama lashes eyelash extension training. Loved every bit of it. I highly recommend Mama lash for training you learn so much and like me you might be lucky to get one on one training with Tarns. I will deffinately be coming back for more. Highly recommend Mama lash.

Worst decision I have ever made.
I have had sets from all over the world and these were by far the worst I’ve had and the most expensive. I did not expose to water or oil - after half a day a significant amount had fallen out. I couldn’t believe it as I haven’t ever had this issue. Extensions are meant to last 3 weeks plus. Not merely hours.
After 3 days - all of them were gone. I did not bother to go in to have them “fixed” as what is the point? The glue doesn’t even stick to my
Lashes for 5 hours??
Even Strip lashes last longer!! and don’t cost $150.00
I had to go elsewhere to get a full new set
I found it weird during my lashes that my lash artist who is also the owner said her clients get infills weekly. There is absolutely no reason for someone to get infills weekly if you do lashes correctly.
Now i understand why.
I don’t know how this buisness is still open ?
Absolutely AVOID!!

I am shook of how much knowledge and learning I have taken away from her, you’ll never be left questioning and you’ll walk away ready to confidently and correctly begin your successful lash journey.
