★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor customer service no communication throughout the cut and was very distracted talking to the other barbers. i had a bad hair wash and asked for a tidy up of my hair my hair has been growing for the past year and i kept saying just a small cleanup and trim. at the end she gave me a completely different haircut and cut all my hair but about 4 inches she never asked if i liked it, showed me the back and didn’t brush off the hair off my neck and didn’t tidy my sideburns or back of neck. it wasn’t till i paid the 35 dollars and walked out the store and looked in a nearby window till i realised the length of my hair i was very disappointed as it took a long time and it looked absolutely horrible. overall pretty bad experience.
