We offer fun, educational, hands-on, 2-day workshops for anyone who has an interest in Mirimiri, Romiromi or MΔori healing and cultural concepts of health and wellbeing from a Te Ao MΔori perspective. No experience is necessary; our workshops are suitable for beginners all the way through to established practitioners.

β β β β β As soon as I heard that Manawa Ora were setting out on a South Island roadie, I immediately booked two appointments. I had heard good things about the experience but wanted to experience it myself. The benefits can be felt immediately and in several ways. The immediate blood rush to an affected body part and the slower release of tension. If I had been able to book longer appointments, I would have done. Nga mihi, Manawa Ora. I wish you every success with obtaining formal recognition from the Ministry of Health.

β β β β β This was such an amazing experience, I have had lower back issues for 21 years the level of relief and muscles that have relaxed in my glutes is incredible. I feel I've let go of some trauma that was stored there but no chiropractor has ever given me the amount of relief in all my years. I thank you for such a great session.

β β β β β I didn't know anything about Mirimiri before I went to the workshop for a 20 minute session. WOW. In 20 mins I felt so connected to the practitioner who briefly explained mirimiri and asked where I felt I needed most attention. Again WOW it was full on but I trusted her and went with the flow. After the treatment I felt very freed up in my back and chest. It was an amazing personal and caring experience and has made me want to follow up with more treatment. So glad I discovered this bodywork therapy. Thank you so so much.

β β β β β Where to beginβ¦.. I have never met anyone like Jolie or experienced anything like what she offers. After 2 years of various therapies for PTSD after a major trauma injury, I came across her site and asked if she might be able to help. What happened to me in her session room was nothing short of miraculous. After one deeply emotional and painful session, just 1, my night terrors were gone, the fearful sweats were gone! I slept soundly for the first time in 2 years. That alone should be all the recommendation anyone needs. She is a woman with a gift. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

β β β β β I experienced a wonderful healing with Jolie that I'd highly recommend. Jolie immediately made me comfortable and confident in her analysis of me - to connect and understand the underlying issues impacting me. She identified I had blocked energy was in my body that needed to be released. I went from super tense to super relaxed by the end of session. Jolie provided me with some bang on nutritional advice and guidance to assist strengthening my body. I felt really privileged to have come across her and look forward to continuing a healthy journey forward.

β β β β β We have be wanting to see Jolie for a long time after a friend recommended her as a healer. Well, what an amazing experience! I wasnβt sure what to expect but it was just what I needed. Jolie is a strong woman with a deep caring nature. I felt immediately at ease and in the presence of someone highly intuitive and experienced in this Maori healing art. I felt elated and so pleased I had come to visit her after the session of body work was over. I will be booking a future session to release the remaining energetic blockages and tension when the βtimingβ is right. So wonderful to see these ancient healing arts coming back to have their rightful place in New Zealandβ¦ He whakaute nui!
