β β β β β We were not happy with the cost of the job to change a $28 alarm battery. the 25 minute job was charged out at 1.5 hours of labour (initially they wanted to charge 1.75 hours) to cover travel time both to and from the job to their location, (not from the previous job or to the next job) and on top of that we were invoiced a vehicle charge. In future we will choose companies who have a more reasonable call out fee to cover travel time and cost plus the first half hour of service. We consider the charges very unreasonable and advise you to get a quote prior to booking
