We really enjoyed the calm, personable yet professional manner in which Mark & Lisa carried out their job - even when working through the challenges of a pandemic! The whole process felt very comfortable and stress-free.
The ‘extra’ help, such as finding a new home for some outdoor furniture after the sale, was very helpful and much appreciated.
And testament to all of the above - our sale price was considerably above what we expected!

They gave exceptional detail through every step - from discussing sale and rental options, giving us presentation tips, ensuring the best photos, coordinating viewings and right through to settling the new owners in.
Having never sold via auction, they took the time to explain and answer all our questions. Their thorough, non-rushed, attentive, personable and communicative style made them a pleasure to deal with.
