★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever use these brokers. They pocket your Premium and when you have a claim, your claim will be denied. Their staff are rude and don't give a dam about you. They even cheat their own brokers out of commission. They do not honor their own formal complaint procedures. When put in a conner they will offer you a voucher for a restaurant and not even give you a formal email in writing that they are completely WRONG. Any attempt to write an apology will be a robotic list of events...leaving out they are at fault for things not done....and try to put the blame on you.
