★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super terrible company, not professional at all, charged us 3 months service fee with No improvement at all. Besides, really bad attitude for clients, horrible. Strong remind all of you do not use their service, wasting your time and money !!! hopeless! Their goal is not helping clients to get their money, they rely on your contract fee to survive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HOPELESS! There are far more effective colletion agencies than Marshall Freeman. MF offer no updates unless prompted and each time I ask, they have absolutely no progress after 3 months of paying a monthly fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute sham of a service- oversold by the salesperson as per usual and a complete utter waste of time. DID not do anything I hadn't done myself to collect the debt and everytime I rang for an update they asked me for more details on the client. For small bussinesses dont bother- its a waste of money, seems they work harder for the big guys with larger debts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had already exhausted my own recovery avenues but was convinced by their 'salesman' that they had fantastic results and virtually guaranteed collection. Of course it transpires they follow the same processes I had, will NOT take anybody to a tribunal or court and so if the debtor digs his toes in then you are wasting your money. So if you are at that point with your debtor don't waste your money on this lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% Zero Service and i am not happy with them at all because they promise a lot in the beginning but they didn't follow up. I was chasing them to get some update, after 6 month paying to them to get my money back, nothing at the end.
I never ever encourage people to go to Marshall freeman debt collection, NOT GOOD AT ALL. They didn't do anything at all except charging their fees in advance. Horrible servile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was their client asking to get my money back from a heatpump installer who got paid and never delivered. Engaged with Marshall Freeman and they promised 90%+ chance with my situation can get my money back. After engaged their service, poor communication, everytime different people answered when I called, they couldn't provide proof of what exactly they did or how hard they tried, all verbal and most importantly, no result. Towards the end, asked me to put more money to them. My personally experience, terrible! They didn't get my money back, put me into further debt and lost more money.
I later learnt - True debt collector should charge based on the outcome, not weekly admin fee on top.
Strongly not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We all hate chasing up bad debts - especially if the debt is overseas. The team at Marshall Freeman made this an extremely easy (and successful) procedure.
I was kept informed every step of the way and they were just as excited as I was when the debt was finally paid - I wish I had engaged their services earlier.
