★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was also sent by aa insurance and they stuffed around wanted to come out and look at it again after they had already done so a week before and had not contacted us and when i called them they had not even ordered the glass and wanted to look again! they then increased their price after every umm he said. Stay well clear of these cowboys! i have now used another company and fyi you can do this with aa insurance just check in with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was put on to Master Glaziers by AA insurance to arrange a cracked window repair. Master Glaziers used their Wellington agent Mike's Glass. It took three months from the time I filed the claim to completion of the job. Delay after delay. Endless phone calls and plenty of time spent off work waiting for people to come - just for a simple job. Would never go to this company or Mike's Glass again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't fault the guy who came around to measure up, but sadly after that it's been phone call after phone call requesting my quote. A month later still nothing and no one bothers to follow up with any explanation. It's a pity AA insurance are recommending these guys when they clearly are too busy for new business. Don't waste your time!
