★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matt from Matriks fixed our soft-close drawers in the kitchen. We have Blum brand and they are very specific about who they entrust their installations to. Matriks was one of the few recommended companies.
I was calling random companies alphabetically and got rejected by as they didn't have experience with Blum or they just wanted big jobs. Matt, although himself busy for months, made time to see us while he was on another job in our suburb, checked our draws, talked to a Blum representative, ordered parts, then came later with the parts and fixed it in an hour. On top of everything, gave us for free draw tags to make the draws look nicer.
I told him, that anything else joinery related, we’re calling him. I like organised, knowledgeable, helpful tradespeople who care about each job, small or big, and he is like that.
Very impressed !
