I believe some agents give themselves a bad name by over promising high values, Nic thoroughly explained the range they estimated and managed to over deliver which speaks volumes about his integrity

He discussed the property openly with me and assisted me in the process of pursuing my interest in the property. On three occasions he went out of his way to show me around the property at short notice. I always felt he was being honest and he projected himself in a very down to earth manner. I found this very refreshing and built my trust in the process. I would be very happy to pursue a sale through him.

I was walking through Barrington Mall one day and glancing into the Ray White display cabinet and spotted a lovely townhouse in Addington. We contacted Matt & Nic the same day and commenced the process of purchasing a property we never expected we would ever be able to own! Working with Matt and Nic was made so easy because of their cordial but at the same time professional manner. They were selling a home for someone else but somehow managed to blend us into the sale so that we felt included and cared for. We have recommend the guys several times and will continue to do so.
