β β β β β Great coffee, great cabinet food selection but Ive been here three times already and apparently POS system is still not functioning properly. Very amateurs, hospitality with counter service takes 80% the job from the till.

β β β β β Very bad service! We went for a family breakfast and it took so long to get our coffees and the cabinet food.
They mucked up one of our orders and everyone but one person didnβt receive their meal.
Even after we informed them twice we didnβt receive our meal and asked for a refund. They came and told us they were short staffed but they were able to give our orders to those that came after us.

β β β β β Had a horrible experience where I waited half an hour for a coffee that I didnt receive. Customer orders were not in order so people were jumping the line. Poor management as well, as customers were taking the wrong orders and touching others coffee cups.

β β β β β Nice coffee, frittata very tasty but cool not warm. Waitress informed. Staff hygiene leaves a bit to be desired; staff behind counter pulling down masks, rubbing nose with fingers, running same through hair, even scratching back under Tee Shirt then going back to serving food. Not great in this Covid
prone time. Perhaps food gloves should be worn when handling food?

β β β β β Coffee was good but cabinet food was mediocre; not sure if it was bought in or made on premises. Paid $9.50 for a pie and $6.50 for an almond croissant. Pie was served without any condiments or garnish and the croissant was tough after being heated in microwave. Toilets could do with a good clean too
