Milena is very knowledgeable and well informed about her products, but she provides much more than mere helpful info.
She listens well, never comes across as impatient or judgemental, and never gives the impression that selling a maximum number of products is a priority.
This is important. I have had the sense, at some other shops or services, that you are almost coerced into buying more expensive supplements than you really need.
Milena stocks a wide range of excellent products, and when she has to order stuff that is not readily available, she is prompt, and lets you know the moment the order arrives.
Parking at her shop is easy, and you leave there with a sense that you really matter. I can recommend her business to anyone who cares about living a healthier and more wholesome life.

I went in here a bit of a mess - Milena was kind, extremely knowledgeable, recommended some amazing herbs and talked me through how to blend them into a tea and what dosages to use. She was patient and genuine, and for the first time in years I am calm and able to sleep. Best thing I ever did!

Although the shop appears small, it is well stocked, and the range and diversity is amazing. As well, Milena is always happy to source products for you. Milena goes above and beyond in caring for her customers. I can't speak highly enough of Milena and her business and look forward to my visits there - it is like visiting a trusted friend.

Naturopath Milena, the owner, provides not only helpful advice, but also a significant range of high quality health products and supplements.
I have been shopping there for many years now, and appreciate the way Milena communicates with customers. If you have not discovered this health shop yet, I recommend that you pay it a visit.
