I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rachael Alexander for her support and assistance. Her professionalism and prompt replies made the process easy for me and as a result it was a great experience. I felt she listened with intent and took into consideration my circumstances to try and come up with a plan that felt right for me. At no time did she put me in a postion where I felt uncomfortable or uninformed. I especially like how she clarified all the information to me in a simple language which really helped me to understand my options and situation better.
Although it has been a trying time I am very grateful to this company for assisting me and giving me a helping hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rachael is amazing! I needed to refinance my mortgage and Rachael made the whole process easy and painless. I felt like she actually cared and did her best for me and my circumstances. Rachael was in touch with me throughout the whole process and even when everything was finalised she still took the time to follow up with me to make sure all went ok. Will definitely be going back to Rachael when my fixed rate comes up for review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is just my experience, I don't know much about the world of financial loans, but I've learned that it is hard, and to try to avoid needing a loan if you can. Be financially independent. The world of loans and banks and mortgages still to this day does not see eye-to-eye with people who are self-employed. And apparently, to banks, the ability to consistently service a loan, and the track record of having done so steadily for years, without having missed a single payment, means next to nothing. I am truly thankful that we had such a positive, can-do mortgage adviser on our side, otherwise we would never have gotten our new piece of land. I look forward to relaxing after all this admin, and building our new home and life upon it.

I soon came to realise it was an exceptionally tricky project further complicated by my advanced age and variable income along with recently tightened lending laws.
From the beginning Nishat made it her business to get us our loan, worked tirelessly and eventually succeeded, assisted by Rachael at key points. Where many other lenders and brokers just gave up.
I'm most grateful for what Max Mortgages have done for us and hope to do more business with them
