Many of our tenants work in a sole capacity and enjο»Ώoy theο»Ώ friendly secure environment. We have a range of office sizes to meet your needs, whether it be for a sole tenant or more. Reception is available week days for your clients or visitors. There is a modern kitchen/tea room with a range of tea & coffee provided and a large furnished meeting room with whiteboard & 50" screen for presentations can be reserved. Serviced offices give you the independence to work alone or in small numbers, but take the hassle out of the usual ongoing maintenance and costs of leasing a larger office space.

β β β β β SARNZ operated out of the Maxserve offices for a number of years and it was an amazing office to rent. The location is great, the offices are well maintained and the Maxserve team are just absolutely amazing. We were always well looked after, clients and customers coming through were also well looked after. We were very sad to leave and only did so because our office was further downsizing. Can not recommend these offices enough. Great support, very professional and excellent working environment.
