★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was just informed by the Receptionist that because I missed an appt two weeks ago I will no longer be able to seek dental treatment from this practice! When I questioned her she remained adamant that this is the policy. I know this to be totally false info and cannot believe the receptionist lied about the dental practice procedures. She refused to offer me an alternative contact to confirm this.
Ridiculous old lady needs to retire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a root canal, but at the end of the appointment the so called dentist informed me he had put in two fillings instead which is not what the appointment was for. Said I'd have to come back for a root canal/extraction in a few months. Was still in pain for weeks following the procedure. Few months later I had developed a serious infection. According to my new and far superior dentist the filling was placed almost right on top of the nerve and a root canal should have been done in the first place. It seems to me this crook of a dentist at Mayfair intended to squeeze an extra procedure and payment from me by doing an unnecessary and unasked for filling and expecting me to return for the originally intended root canal. Absolutely criminal, on top of their exhorbent pricing.
And recently I've heard other horror stories about this business. People have told me to take legal action which I will consider.
And to top it off their older receptionist is sour and could learn some manners and customer service.
Very very poor performance.
