Vienna Tse
Vienna Tse graduated from the University of Waikato in 2017 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law with her second major in Accounting. While studying towards her LLB, she had her internship at the Police Prosecution Services in 2016 and represented WU in Sydney in 2017 at the Cybet 9/12 Student Challenge, presenting a Cyber Security Policy to policy experts in Australia. Prior to migrating to New Zealand, Vienna had completed her Bachelor of Social Science (Hon) and Postgraduate Diploma in Education in Hong Kong and worked at the Department of Health of Hong Kong, managing a territory-wide health promotion programme. As an immigrant in New Zealand, Vienna is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Her academic background and experience empowers her to become a systematic person and put her legal and accounting skills into practice. During her spare time, Vienna enjoys cooking, baking as well as travelling to explore and learn about different cultures.

My residency application was declined by immigration and i got disappointed and totally lost hope. My case was straightforward but was made complicated by previous lawyers.
I then spoke to Akansha and Alastair, explained them my situation. From their team Rachel and Vienna drafted a petition and submitted to Immigration protection tribunal which ultimately led to reassessment of my case by INZ.
Finally after 7 months and many back & forth emails residency was granted by INZ.
Me and my family are really happy with the outcome.
