Hunting, fishing, camping and many outdoor lifestyle attire and equipment (include water sports). Mixed age clothing (limited footwear) for all seasons available - with emphasis on cooler and or rougher/tougher outdoor adventures.
Easy access with some adjacent off-street parking. Very full store made moving about a bit challenging at times. Help needed to inspect some wares (guns related material) and above-height products.
Each team member dealt with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Glad we made the trip in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off the staff are fantastic. The staff person who helped me really knew their stuff. The manager on the other hand was extremely mean towards his staff and he grilled them for not noticing me the second I walked in. Even though the staff would need x-ray vision to see me from the location they were at. It honestly made me feel Ill to my stomach how the manager talked to the staff person. Looking back now, I really wish I would have said something. Again, fantastic staff, but the manger needs to learn some basic management skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed after years dealing with the store that I’ve had an issue where they asked for a $75 deposit for Shimano reel repair, and after phoning to say pls pick up reel, can’t be fixed so deposit and reel will be returned, that when I went in, they denied taking the deposit. I’d asked for a receipt for the reel at the time, never mind the deposit, but it wasn’t given. My lesson learned. Contacted the manager (10/8/2021)and asked him to respond in writing to the situation. Thought he would want to know that this happened. Still waiting...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for some fishing gear and the staff member made me feel as though I didn't know what I wanted. He talked down to me and me being a female I think he thought I knew nothing. If I didn't need what I wanted I would have walked straight out. Needless to say I won't be visiting this branch anymore.
