Yes I complained to the REA, and as Viv wants to make it public, just because you weren't censured by the REA doesn't mean that your behaviour wasn't deemed "unusual or of concern". The best offer for any vendor is to receive multiple offers to make a choice from, this vendor missed out on an offer which was cash, and offering an extra $30,000 over the offer you presented to him verbally!! Also don't put on your brochures - let me know if you are interested so I can keep you in the loop, when I did just that, telling you we wanted to put in an offer, which you ignored - for the same case, you could have presented our offer verbally as you did for the other buyer. Viv you have repeatedly in our dealings shown that you are lazy, and want a quick easy sale to get your commission, its not about getting the best price for the vendor, Please don't be so condescending as to say sorry that I feel this way. Your actions were questionable, but not enough to have you censured. I hope you reflect on your professional behaviour.
