Ann was keen to find a fair and reasonable solution to get ahead with the repairs. Along the way, Ann has been great in communicating to us and outlining the next steps. It was something we had never encountered before, and we were out of our depth when it came to the tricky situation that we as employers were put in. We could not have navigated our way through this without Ann. We found a genuine care for the law while trying to work through what was fair and reasonable. Her advice and reassurance even in what seemed like an unfair situation was invaluable. Ann is truly an expert in her field but what made the difference is that you felt she genuinely cared about our situation and gave us the best advice for our wellbeing.
