Well have joined up to medic alert after speaking with another lady that seemed to get things sorted for me, but had problems with the silicone band, answer was , I can't help with problem its not my department send an email to this person (which I did NO RESPONSE) in all sorry can't help, don't want to, pass the buck, ingraving person didn't respond, who cares, we got your money, absolutely Appling support medic alert, I ended up solving the band problem with the help of a jewelry store another $35 medic alert do you care? Nope.
